Quality Assurance and Evaluation

Date

March 2025

Location

Hot Arizona

As part of my graduate studies in instructional design and online learning evaluation, I conducted a quality assurance (QA) review of a mock course titled QA1234: Teamwork Makes the Dream Work. Using a research-informed QA checklist I developed throughout Modules 1–4, I evaluated the course for alignment, accessibility, consistency, assessment, copyright compliance, and learner experience.

Below is the completed QA checklist template with detailed, client-facing notes identifying strengths and opportunities for continuous improvement. This artifact reflects my ability to apply evaluation frameworks to real-world course analysis and make actionable recommendations rooted in instructional design best practices.
